UX STRATEGY & MESSAGING FRAMEWORK
CLIENT
Microsoft
via Transmission, B2B Agency
ROLE
UX Strategist, UI Designer
(Researcher, Framework Developer, Wireframer, Cross-Team Facilitator)
THE CHALLENGE
For a major product launch in the APAC region, Microsoft needed a landing page experience that aligned with its global standards while speaking directly to a regional B2B audience. The challenge: balance enterprise-scale design constraints with localized messaging and UX clarity.
THE SOLUTION
Brought in by Transmission, I collaborated closely with their Account, Creative, and Project Management teams to architect the UX strategy, messaging framework, and wireframes for the new landing experience.
My process began with competitive and internal audits, followed by the development of a messaging map that aligned Microsoft’s product benefits to the user journey and page hierarchy. From there, I translated the strategy into annotated wireframes that clarified layout, content flow, and user goals.
Once approved, I worked directly with Microsoft’s in-house Dev Team to translate the proposed UX into a buildable solution using their existing Design System components—bridging creative intent with technical feasibility.
THE OUTCOME
- Delivered a fully annotated UX framework that guided design and content development
- Aligned the launch site with Microsoft’s strict design system standards
- Strengthened cross-functional collaboration between agency and client-side development
- Enabled a faster build cycle by proactively adapting concepts to system-ready components
- Set a repeatable strategy/wireframe model for future regional product launches
