As digital video evolved across platforms, clients were struggling to adapt traditional creative to mobile-first, platform-native ad formats. The challenge: deliver effective, data-driven creative solutions that not only looked good but worked hard—across Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, in-app, and beyond.

At TubeMogul (acquired by Adobe), I led a global, 16-person Ad Solutions team that partnered with clients and media agencies to concept, test, and deliver full-funnel digital creative. These weren’t one-offs—they were test-and-learn initiatives, customized executions, and format innovations designed to push beyond TV-style repurposing.
