THE CHALLENGE
LatinWorks, a culturally focused creative agency, was exploring deeper integration of platform-native video into their campaigns. Our challenge was to strengthen the agency–AdTech relationship by offering strategic value beyond media buying—through creative insights, data-backed results, and emerging digital formats.
THE SOLUTION
As Director of Digital Ad Solutions at TubeMogul (acquired by Adobe), I led a creative working session with LatinWorks, designed to deepen collaboration and spark innovation.
I developed and delivered a tailored presentation that included:
- A review of shared project metrics and learnings
- Strategic ways to evolve their use of video across platforms
- Inspirational trends and emerging AdTech capabilities to inform creative ideation
The session was not just a capabilities pitch—it was a collaborative workshop designed to position TubeMogul as a creative and technical partner to their agency.
