THE CHALLENGE
Western Digital’s global marketing site needed a complete redesign of its Company Section, following a rebrand rollout. The effort required alignment across siloed teams, a deep understanding of legacy content, and stakeholder consensus at the executive level.
THE SOLUTION
As team lead, I oversaw the DEFINE and DEVELOP phases of the redesign process. We conducted qualitative and quantitative research, including stakeholder interviews, content strategy workshops, and design system audits. We mapped user journeys, surfaced gaps, and built trust through ongoing collaboration and consensus-building with senior management.
Our team produced low- and high-fidelity wireframes, guiding vision through internal presentations and workshops that translated research into clear, actionable designs.
