THE CHALLENGE
TubeMogul was scaling fast as an AdTech disruptor and needed a repeatable, high-value service layer to support brands and agencies with creative strategy, product support, and UX-driven advertising solutions.
The goal: build a new global team from scratch, define its mission, and drive adoption of our creative + tech offerings to accelerate revenue and client engagement.
THE SOLUTION
I built and led a 16-person, globally distributed Advertising Solutions team spanning UX designers, developers, consultants, and client success leads.
Our core initiatives included:
- Developing a productized service model to support sales, media, and account teams
- Defining a creative innovation roadmap to enhance platform stickiness
- Partnering cross-functionally to evangelize the value of custom, digital-first advertising
- Leading presentations and roadshows across major client offices and industry conferences
THE OUTCOME
- Team became a key differentiator and selling point
- Helped drive stickier client relationships and long-term media spend
- Collaborated with Fortune 500 brands and top-tier agencies across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Infrastructure laid the foundation for Adobe to integrate our services post-acquisition
