VIDEO TACTICS & BEST PRACTICES
At VSP Vision Care, I led a 9-person digital team that was responsible for video, photography, and online marketing content. We were part of the the larger 40-person in-house agency called “Agency West.”
We supported VSP’s 5 LOBs: vision insurance, eyeconic.com (e-commerce), Visionworks (brick-and-mortar), eyewear manufacturing (Marchon), and VSP Ventures (VC).
Part of my role was to clean up the team’s processes and educate internal teams on these processes and our capabilities. Shown here are two examples of content produced to educate our internal clients.
LOGISTICS, TACTICS, BEST PRACTICES
This presentation was orientated to potential clients that hadn’t use our services before and client’s that used us sparingly. Lots of detail, so it’s intended to be a leave behind.
REMOTE VIDEO RECORDING
In the early days of COVID-19 we had to rely on remote video recording for certain types of video content. Some people’s recordings were usable, some not. So we quickly put together a best-practices document covering camera, sound, lighting, wardrobe and set.
